Carol’s Watercolor Paintings
I create watercolor paintings primarily to entertain myself but also to glorify the world I see all around me. Some of my paintings are realistic while others are entirely non-representational. I love color. My greatest joy in painting comes from the surprises that occur when paint does its own thing on the paper. All of these paintings are done with watercolors, generally on paper but occasionally on Yupo as noted. I offer heartfelt thanks to my inspirational teacher Marianne Brown. Updated June 2017.
